The oil cleansing method is based on the fact that oil dissolves oil and that's why we formulated our Tallow & Charcoal Cleansing Balm.
Beneficial fats and oils can penetrate deeply into the skin and can dissolve impurities and build up. Our tallow cleansing balm is expertly formulated to be effective in cleansing and dissolving impurities, has strong detoxifying qualities thanks to the charcoal and at the same time, it nourishes the skin and keeps the skin barrier intact.
Our Tallow & Charcoal Cleansing Balm is free of harsh surfactants, sulphates or any other chemicals commonly used in cleansing products. These compounds can strip our skin of its protective oils.
We only use natural ingredients like grass-fed beef tallow, castor oil, activated charcoal and pure essential oils that not only help clean and purify the skin but also deliver nutrients and vitamins our skin needs.
Grass-fed Beef Tallow shares similar oils to our skin and that makes it ideal to use in cleaning balms. It will help to gently dissolve the buildup while providing nourishment and intense moisturisation to the skin. We source only premium 100% grass-fed beef tallow from local farms that is high in fatty acids and vitamins.
Organic Castor Oil comes from the beans of the Ricinus Communis plant and has a long history of being used for medicinal purposes including for skin health. Its many benefits make it one of the most beneficial oils for skin and hair use.
It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is very effective for acne-prone skin or calming down breakouts. Castor is an astringent oil which means it’s extremely effective in cleansing, purifying pores and removing buildup. It also helps balance the sebum production.
Activated Charcoal has purifying and detoxifying properties. It absorbs the buildup and impurities leaving the skin visibly cleaner. Charcoal is extremely effective in unclogging the pores and can help calm breakouts thanks to its antibacterial properties. It will maintain skin healthy, clean and balanced.
Essential Oils of Manuka, Clary Sage and Rose Geranium offer synergistic benefits to the skin. They have clarifying properties, help to balance the sebum and calm the irritations.

How to use it?
How to use it?
Daily use:
Melt a generous amount into the dry skin and massage it gently for 30-60 seconds. Wet a clean cloth with warm water and place it over your face for 10 seconds. Wipe the residue gently with the cloth. Repeat if necessary until your face is clean.
Apply only to dry skin with dry hands.
Can be used daily, preferably in the evening before applying other skin products. Follow up with our Clarifying Cream or Original Tallow & Honey Balm.
As a weekly detox mask:
The cleansing balm can be used as a detoxifying mask no more than once per week. Apply liberally to dry skin and massage it gently for 60 seconds. Leave it up to 10 minutes on the skin.
Wet a clean cloth with warm water and place it over your face. Leave it for 60 seconds. Take another clean cloth, wet it with warm water and wipe off the excess oils and impurities. Repeat if necessary until clean. Follow up with our Clarifying Cream or Original Tallow & Honey Balm.
Store the jar in a dry cold place, away from direct sunlight.
