Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
US orders are shipped from our Utah location. Irish and all other orders are shipped from our Dublin location.
How long does the shipping take?
Processing time:
- Dublin location - If you order before noon Irish time we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
- Utah, USA location - If you order before 2 pm MDT we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
- Orders made on weekends and bank/public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Expected shipping time:
- Delivery to Ireland is usually in 1-2 working days
- Delivery to the USA is within 5 working days (Standard) or in 2 working days (Express)
- Delivery to Northern Ireland is usually in 2-5 working days
- Delivery to the UK and some EU countries is usually in 3-7 working days
- Delivery to farther parts of Europe (from Ireland) is usually in 5-15 working days, depending on the country and postal service.
- Worldwide delivery can take 1-3 weeks, depending on the country and postal service. Please contact us for a specific timeframe for your country.
International shipping can be delayed due to customs or processing at a destination that is outside of our control. Customs charges and import duties are not included in the price.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for:
- USA: Spend $50 or more and get free shipping from our Utah location
- IRELAND & UK: Spend €50 or more and get free shipping from our Dublin location
- EUROPE: Spend €100 or more and get free shipping from our Dublin location
- CANADA: Spend €100 or more and get free shipping from our Dublin location
- ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: Shipping costs are automatically calculated and shown on the order page.
Can I return an item or get a refund?
If something is wrong with an item or delivery get in touch using the form above or via info@ancestralcosmetics.com and we will make it right. That's a promise!
Are you really using just natural ingredients?
Every single one of our ingredients passes our 3 tests:
- Ancestral test - that the particular ingredient is rooted in ancestral tradition and stood the test of time by being used in human cosmetics for thousands of years.
- Natural test - that the ingredient comes from nature and does not involve chemical or industrial processing.
- Scientific test - that the ingredient is validated by modern science to be safe and effective in human cosmetics.
Are you testing on animals?
We tried, but they kept eating our products - they’re made from beef fat after all. Our two family dogs love the Lickable Dog Balm and it’s safe to eat so we’re ok with that.
Jokes aside - no, we don’t test on animals. All our human products are tested on humans. We test it ourselves and our friends always volounteer to test them. Each of our products also has a complete regulatory safety testing & reports on the EU level.
