Can I get it before Christmas?
To ensure you get your delivery before Christmas shop early!
All orders received will be shipped on the same or next working day. Based on carrier advice we received the following are last days to shop if you want your order delivered before Christmas:
- For the UK: buy before Wednesday 17th December. Your order is shipped with 48h Royal Mail service.
- For the USA: buy before Friday 12th December (with standard shipping) or before Friday 19th December (with express shipping). Your standard shipping order is shipped with USPS Ground or DHL eCommerce service. Your express shipping order is shipped with UPS 2-day or FedEx 2-day service.
- For Ireland: buy before Friday 19th December. Your order is shipped with AnPost Express service.
- For Europe and rest of world: Due to unpredictable nature of international shipping we can't guarantee timey delivery by specific date. Please allow plenty of time for your delivery to ensure you get it in time.
Please note we can't guarantee delivery by a certain date as delays are common during this time of the year and shipping delays are outside of our control. Shop early to avoid disappointment .
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No. At this time we are not able to offer gift wrapping. All bundles and products purchased come packed in the shipping box. You will need to wrap them as gifts.
What are your holiday working hours?
Customer service is available during working hours from 9am to 5pm Irish time, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Requests sent outside of this time will be answered on the following working day.
During Christmas holiday season our customer service won't be available on the following days:
- From 24th to 28th December 2025
- From 1st to 4th January 2026
