Shipping policy

Free shipping:

  • USA: Spend $50 or more and get free shipping from our Utah warehouse
  • USA (AK, HI and US offshore locations): Spend $100 or more and get free shipping from our Utah warehouse
  • UK: Spend £50 or more and get free shipping from our Suffolk warehouse
  • IRELAND: Spend €50 or more and get free shipping from our Dublin warehouse
  • CANADA: Spend C$80 or more and get free shipping from our Toronto warehouse
  • EUROPE: Spend €100 or more and get free shipping from our Dublin warehouse

Processing time:

  • Dublin, Ireland warehouse - If you order before 1pm Irish time we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
  • Utah, USA warehouse  - If you order before 2 pm MDT we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
  • Suffolk, UK warehouse - If you order before 1pm UK time we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
  • Toronto, Canada warehouse - If you order before 1pm EST we'll try to ship your order on the same day. Otherwise, we'll ship it on the next working day.
  • Orders made on weekends and bank/public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
  • In some cases it may take longer to process your order, up to 3 business days.
  • Please note that during Black Friday and the holiday season processing and shipping of orders may be delayed due to factors outside of our control due to increased volume of shipping worldwide. Please plan accordingly and allow extra time for processing and delivery during this time.
  • If one warehouse is out of stock of a specific product we may ship your order from another warehouse. We'll cover all customs or import fees in this case but please allow some extra time for delivery.

Expected shipping time:

  • Delivery to Ireland is usually in 1-2 working days (AnPost service)
  • Delivery to the USA is within 5 working days (Standard) or in 2 working days (Express). Delivery to AK, HI and offshore locations will take longer.
  • Delivery to the UK & Northern Ireland is usually in 2-4 working days (Royal Mail service)
  • Delivery to Canada is usually from 3-9 working days for Standard shipping and 1-2 working days for Express shipping
  • Delivery to closer EU countries (from Ireland) is usually in 3-7 working days
  • Delivery to farther parts of Europe (from Ireland) is usually in 5-15 working days, depending on the country and postal service.
  • Worldwide delivery can take 1-4+ weeks, depending on the country and postal service. Please contact us for a specific timeframe for your country.

International shipping can be delayed due to customs or processing at a destination that is outside of our control. Customs charges and import duties are not included in the price.

We try to ship all orders as soon as possible. However, in some rare cases, it may take longer to ship your order out.

All orders will have the tracking number, updated on the order page or sent to you via email. You can always track where your package is or contact us if you have any questions.
